About the role

Job Summary
The Order Support Specialist is responsible for supporting the order processing function by handling routine tasks, updating systems, and communicating with internal teams. This role follows standard procedures and makes smaller decisions autonomously.
This job profile is intended for support staff that follows established procedures and works under close supervision. Smaller/easier decisions are made autonomously.

Key Responsibilities
Process routine customer orders and update systems.
Track delivery schedules and report delays.
Communicate with internal teams to resolve basic issues.
Maintain accurate records of order transactions.
Support reporting and documentation tasks.
Assist in customer service inquiries related to orders.
Skills & Qualifications
May require basic vocational training (or equivalent work experience) and up to 2 years of relevant experience to carry out the role.

Basic understanding of order processing systems.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
Customer-focused mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
