What this job involves:

• Provide day-to-day project coordination support to the Project Management Lead for the office relocation component
• Facilitate and schedule meetings with internal stakeholders, external contractors and third-party project managers
• Track and monitor key project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies, maintain updated project plans and trackers
• Support governance activities, including documentation, compliance checks and adherence to internal bank policies and procedures
• Assist in budget tracking, cost reconciliation, and settlement process related to the relocation scope
• Ensure clear communication channels between all parties and timely escalation of risks or issues
• Maintain accurate and auditable records of decisions, actions, and approvals throughout the project lifycycle

Required Skills and Experiences:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Real Estate, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of direct experience in corporate Move & Change or workplace transition projects, preferably within banking, finance or professional service sectors
• Track record in managing or supporting office relocations, including pre-move planning, user communications, packing coordination, move-day execution, and post-move support
• Familiarity with M&C tools and deliverables, move matrices, seating plans, asset tagging, decommissioning schedules, and occupancy validation
• Strong attention to detail, organizational agility, and ability to manage stakeholder expectations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project collaboration platforms (e.g. MS Teams, SharePoint, SmartSheet)
