The Global Operations (GOPS) team, comprised of Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Installation, and Quality, is responsible for manufacturing our leading-edge technology. Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören insbesondere:

• Eigenständige Anlage, Bearbeitung, Pflege und Rückmeldung von Arbeits- und Fertigungsaufträgen für Systeme und Ersatzteile im SAP-System
• Überwachung von Fertigungsterminen, Prioritäten und Auftragsstatus auf Basis der vorgegebenen Produktionsplanung
• Laufende Überwachung des Work-in-Progress sowie frühzeitiges Erkennen und Kommunizieren von Engpässen, Verzögerungen und Abweichungen
• Anpassung und Korrektur von Fertigungsaufträgen im Rahmen definierter Änderungsprozesse
• Technischer Abschluss von Fertigungsaufträgen und Sicherstellung der Datenqualität hinsichtlich Status, Terminen und Mengen
• Unterstützung bei der Sicherstellung der Materialverfügbarkeit sowie Identifikation und Nachverfolgung von Fehlteilen
• Enge Abstimmung mit Fertigung, Einkauf, Logistik, Qualität, Engineering, Versand und Verpackung
• Pflege von Planungs-, Tracking- und Übersichtslisten zur Unterstützung der operativen Fertigungssteuerung
• Vorbereitung und Koordination auftragsbezogener Liefer- und Versandaktivitäten einschließlich erforderlicher Prüf- und Freigabeschritte
• Teilnahme an Planungs-, Abstimmungs- und Shopfloor-Meetings
• Transparente Kommunikation von Auftragsstatus, Risiken und Abweichungen gegenüber den beteiligten Fachbereichen
• Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Standorten und externen Dienstleistern im Rahmen des operativen Aufgabenbereichs

Minimum Qualifications

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene dreijährige kaufmännische oder technisch-kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, beispielsweise als Industriekaufmann/-frau, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich operative Planung, Disposition, Materialwirtschaft oder Produktionsumfeld, idealerweise in einem international tätigen Industrieunternehmen
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP R/3 oder einem vergleichbaren ERP-System
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
• Erfahrung in der Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung von Fertigungs- oder Arbeitsaufträgen
• Strukturierte, prozessorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
• Ausgeprägte Koordinations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Teamfähigkeit, Zielorientierung und Belastbarkeit
• Schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie Bereitschaft, sich flexibel in neue Themen und Prozesse einzuarbeiten
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse für die bereichs- und standortübergreifende Zusammenarbeit
