YOUR MISSION

• Interpret seasonal material briefs and translate Design vision into actionable development plans; direct T2 concept swatch development
• Oversee the materials libraries, and seasonal catalog operations
• Set leather quality standards and audit protocols; lead quarterly T2 factory quality reviews, drive corrective action plans, and approve material release for bulk production
• Lead BU Development Trip & Vendor Fair events (Sportstyle focus)
• Lead on seasonal COLORO palette and drive MAC sampling execution with T2
• Upper material toolbox creation per category; ensure toolboxes align with category strategy, cost targets, and sustainability KPIs
• Support T1 on T2 compliance initiatives, e.g. RSL, LWG/GRS certificate uploads

YOUR TALENT

• College above, preferably material science, chemical engineering, textile engineering
• 5-8 years’ related working experience in footwear Industry
• Knowledge in FTW Material management, particularly in leather, synthetics
• Material Quality Control experience is a plus
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel & PowerPoint
• Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese
