We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager to join our growing Business Services team. In this role, you will be involved in providing professional accounting and taxation services to a diverse range of medium sized businesses, private family groups, and high net wealth individuals.

This position provides excellent growth opportunities and career pathways for an experienced CA/CPA qualified professional seeking to join a market leading professional services firm. You will be part of a supportive team, which is in a growth phase.

Responsibilities will include:

• Supervise, mentor, and develop junior team members, enhancing both their technical and professional growth.

• Provide pro-active accounting, taxation, compliance (BAS, FBT, payroll tax) and commercial solutions for business and high net worth clients

• Providing a range of advisory services i.e., business structuring, improvement, and growth advisory services

• Develop strong client relationships through exceptional service delivery and trusted advice.

About You

We are interested in hearing from individuals with experience in a similar Assistant Manager or Supervisor role.

Applicants who have worked in a Senior Accountant capacity in professional services for a number of years, who are seeking the next step in their career are also encouraged to apply.  

You will be CA/CPA qualified and possess a strong knowledge of Australian tax and accounting standards.
