For Season 2027, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Assistant Front Office Manager to join our Front Office team in Corfu.

The Role

As Assistant Front Office Manager, you will support the Front Office Manager in overseeing the daily operation of the department, ensuring smooth coordination across Reception, Guest Relations, Porters and Doorman services.

Combining strong leadership with a guest-focused mindset, you will guide the team, support operational excellence and help create a consistently welcoming and seamless experience for every guest.

Here’s what a typical day could look like:

• You support the Front Office Manager in the daily operation of the department and ensure that established procedures and service standards are followed.
• You supervise Reception, Guest Relations, Porters and Doorman operations, ensuring effective communication and coordination across the team.
• You provide hands-on support across shifts and step in whenever operational needs require it.
• You handle guest requests, feedback and complaints promptly, professionally and with a solution-oriented approach.
• You monitor the guest journey and work proactively to ensure a high level of satisfaction throughout the stay.
• You support the recruitment, onboarding, training and ongoing development of Front Office team members.
• You motivate, coach and guide the team, encouraging consistent performance and a positive working environment.
• You coordinate shift schedules and monitor staffing levels according to occupancy and operational requirements.
• You support upselling initiatives and encourage the team to identify opportunities that enhance both the guest experience and departmental performance.
• You respond to guest correspondence and ensure that requests are followed up accurately and on time.
• You work closely with other hotel departments to ensure smooth communication and effective resolution of operational issues.
• You ensure that company policies, SOPs and safety and security procedures are consistently followed.
• Above all, you lead by example, maintaining professionalism, attention to detail and genuine care for both guests and colleagues.
