Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing product assortments, including 8Q innovation or renovation launches and promotional (ad hoc) projects across the region in alignment with business objectives You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities: • Manage product assortment planning and execution for innovation, renovation, and promotional projects in line with regional business goals. • Lead pricing and pack type analysis, as well as assortment evaluation to inform go-to-market strategies. • Oversee packaging and print design development, including adaptation, proofreading, and online material approval and sign-off. • Conduct competitor analysis focusing on product architecture, pricing, assortment, packaging, and claims. • Liaise with internal cross-functional teams (Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Regulatory, etc.) and external agencies to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met on time. • Support the development of packaging materials that are in line with brand guidelines, consumer needs, and sustainability requirements. • Track project progress and proactively resolve any issues or bottlenecks. • Provide analytical and research support to drive continuous product improvement and market relevance. To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications: • A degree in the related job field. • At least 3 to 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role. • Willing to relocate to the job location.
