We are seeking a capable, detail-oriented Legal Team Assistant to provide administrative and document support to our lawyers. We welcome applications from suitably qualified candidates from all backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing comprehensive administrative support to a team of lawyers
• Translating and proofreading documents in Thai and English, as required
• Preparing, formatting, transcribing, and proofreading legal and business documents
• Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files in accordance with internal procedures
• Filing, scanning, copying, and circulating documents in an accurate and timely manner
• Coordinating calendars, meetings, correspondence, travel, and other team arrangements
• Providing basic expense and administrative support, including processing daily and monthly expense records
• Performing other duties relevant to the role as assigned by lawyers or the supervisor

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience as an assistant, secretary, administrator, or in a similar support role; experience in a professional-services or law-firm environment is an advantage
• Good written and spoken Thai and English
• Strong typing, document-formatting, and proofreading skills, with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under deadlines
• Professional judgment, discretion, and respect for confidentiality
• Service-minded, proactive, collaborative, and willing to learn
• Willingness to work overtime when genuinely required, in accordance with applicable law and company policy
