About the role

As our Assistant, you'll support the Procure to Pay process across the LEGO® Group's global operations. You'll work with purchasing, supplier, invoice, and transactional data, using SAP, COUPA, and Excel to help ensure business processes are completed accurately and on time. This is a varied role that combines operational excellence with stakeholder collaboration, giving you the opportunity to contribute to activities that support colleagues and suppliers across multiple markets. You'll gain exposure to global processes, develop your technical skills, and play an important part in creating a reliable experience for our business partners.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated advanced Microsoft Excel skills to analyse data, reconcile transactions, and support reporting activities.
• Worked with SAP or another enterprise resource planning system to support purchasing or procure to pay activities.
• Supported procurement or purchasing processes, including purchase order management, invoice handling, or supplier transactions.
• Delivered accurate transactional processing while maintaining high standards of data quality.
• Managed competing priorities within a shared services, finance operations, or business operations environment.
• Collaborated with stakeholders across business functions to resolve operational issues and complete activities on time.

Preferred Qualifications

• Used COUPA or a similar procurement and spend management platform.
• Built or maintained operational reports or dashboards to support decision-making.
• Supported process improvement initiatives within a procure to pay or finance operations environment.
• Worked with stakeholders across multiple countries or global business operations.

What success looks like

Success in this role means becoming a trusted contributor to the procure to pay process, confidently managing daily activities while maintaining accuracy and service quality. You'll build strong relationships with stakeholders, develop your expertise in the systems and processes that support the function, and contribute to the team's ongoing operational goals. You'll work closely with colleagues across Business Service Operations and other business functions to help deliver a smooth and reliable experience for internal and external partners.
