As AMO Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Contributing to the development of an operational year plan for own department activities of the team
• Suggesting improvements in products, processes and procedures.
• Maintaining assigned trucks, oil field surface equipment related to cementing, coiled tubing and stimulation operations
• Facilitating third-party repair of equipment when required
• Analyzing and interpreting data from environmental tests and troubleshoot equipment problems.
• Providing supervision, mentorship and leadership of technicians in the absence of the supervisor/manager
• Maintaining equipment records and filing systems as part of quality control and assurance programs

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in AMO (Assembly Maintenance, and Overhaul) and repair operations.
• Have at least 3years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Have strong experience in Pressure Pumping and/or TRS equipment.
• Have strong experience in Pressure Pumping equipment maintenance (cementing, coiled Tubing), TRS equipment maintenance (power tongs, CRTs, hydraulic handling systems). Hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Have proven experience with asset reliability, preventive maintenance, CMMS/SAP maintenance systems.
• Have strong skills in team management, leadership, and coaching.
• Possess expertise in resource planning and workshop scheduling.
• Maintain a strong mindset focused on performance management and continuous improvement mindset.
