Duties and Responsibilities

• Install and mount non-electrical and electrical interior/exterior components and hardware.
• Assemble fabricated parts, components, or other units at stations.
• Read blueprints and engineering specifications.
• Ensure safety requirements and manufacturing quality standards are met.
• Clean and inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Lead and assist personnel in completing daily production tasks.
• Communicate tasks and instructions to work cell personnel.
• Meet minimum safety standards for the assigned department.
• Maintain familiarity with all aspects and processes of the assigned department.
• Be able to qualify for the highest-ranking job classification within the assigned department.
• Ensure all necessary parts are ordered and processed through the system while providing leadership to machine operators.
• Communicate with other departments to ensure products are received in a timely manner.
• Prepare graphic quotes.
• Design graphics for ambulances.
• Work closely with dealers and customers.

Required Education, Skills, and Experience

• Preferred: 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Preferred: High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and use a tape measure for precise measurements.
• Ability to use common hand and power tools, such as drills, screw guns, and caulk guns.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to communicate professionally and follow directions.
• Successful completion of drug and background screening.
