Working as part of the Ministry Development Team, the Artist & Partnerships Coordinator provides essential administrative, logistical and operational support to the Senior Partnerships Manager and the wider team, helping to ensure the successful delivery of artist engagement activities, strategic partnerships and key Christian events across the UK.

The role is responsible for coordinating the practical and administrative arrangements that underpin UK and US artist visits, events and tours, ensuring that plans are delivered efficiently and to a high standard. This includes managing logistics, schedules, communications, resources and stakeholder coordination, as well as providing day-to-day support that enables effective planning and execution.

Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, the role helps to ensure that partnership activities, events and engagement opportunities are well coordinated and aligned with organisational objectives.

This is a highly organised and detail-oriented role that requires strong administrative, communication and coordination skills. The postholder will play a key supporting function, enabling the Senior Partnerships Manager and Ministry Development Team to focus on relationship building, partnership development and ministry impact by ensuring that the operational and logistical aspects of delivery are managed effectively.

About the Role

Are you highly organised, passionate about Christian ministry, and excited by the opportunity to work with artists, churches, festivals, and strategic partners across the UK?

We're looking for an Artist & Partnerships Coordinator to join our Ministry Development Team and play a vital role in supporting artist engagement, partnership activities, and key Christian events.

Working closely with the Senior Partnerships Manager, you'll provide essential administrative, logistical, and operational support that helps bring ministry opportunities to life. From coordinating UK and international artist visits and tours, to supporting partnerships with churches, festivals, networks, and Christian organisations, you'll be at the heart of ensuring activities run smoothly and effectively.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on juggling multiple priorities, building relationships, and making things happen behind the scenes. Your attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders will help enable ministry impact across the UK.

As an active Christian, you'll have the opportunity to integrate your faith into your day-to-day work while supporting partnerships and activities that help engage churches and Christian audiences in World Vision's mission.

🌱 You'll be a great fit if you are:

  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.

  • 🎤 An excellent communicator, able to engage confidently and professionally with artists, churches, partners, agents, and colleagues.

  • 🤝 Relationship-focused, building positive and effective working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

  • 📅 A skilled coordinator, experienced in organising events, meetings, visits, workshops, or engagement activities involving multiple participants.

  • 🚀 Proactive and adaptable, able to respond effectively to changing priorities and find practical solutions to challenges.

  • 💻 Digitally confident, with experience using Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom, and other digital tools to support planning and delivery.

  • 🎵 Experienced in artist, events, partnerships, or ministry environments, with an understanding of working alongside performers, speakers, talent agencies, or event organisers.

  • Knowledgeable about the UK church landscape, with an appreciation of the opportunities and challenges within Christian ministry today.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

JOB DIMENSIONS

  • Provide high-quality administrative, logistical and operational support to the Senior Partnerships Manager and wider Ministry Development Team, ensuring artist engagements, partnership activities and events are planned and delivered effectively.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end logistics of artist visits, tours, workshops, church engagements and partnership events, including scheduling, travel, resources, stakeholder communications and event administration.
  • Maintain accurate calendars, project plans, budgets, records and databases, tracking progress against key milestones and ensuring stakeholders are kept informed of developments, changes and requirements.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with artists, agents, churches, event organisers, strategic partners and internal colleagues, providing a professional and responsive service at all times.
  • Support the delivery of events and partnership activities through effective planning, organisation and on-the-ground coordination, ensuring a high-quality experience for all participants and stakeholders.
