YOUR MISSION

• Own the overall look & feel of eCom on-model shoots
• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to OMI style guidelines
• Lead the on-set team and act as final decision-maker
• Review and approve image selection during and after shoot
• Collaborate with Styling, Photography, and Post-Production teams
• Maintain efficiency without compromising quality

YOUR TALENT

• 5+ years in a studio management, production management, or head of studio role — ideally in fashion, sportswear, or e-commerce content production
• Direct experience running high-volume pack shot or product on-model photography operations, not just campaign or editorial experience in campaign and editorial shootings is welcome
• Proven ability to manage large, cross-functional production crews (10+ people) in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of tethered capture workflows, Capture One, DAM systems, and image retouching pipelines
• Experience working with global style guides and brand visuals
• Strong understanding of target consumers and business goals, with the ability to translate them into the right visual outcome
