Art Director
Purpose of the role
As an Art Director, you shape how ideas come to life visually. You transform strategic and creative concepts into compelling visual storytelling across campaigns and channels. Working closely with copywriters, designers, and strategists, you ensure every output is visually striking, brand-consistent, and culturally relevant.
🎯Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead visual concepts for integrated campaigns and creative projects
- Collaborate with copywriters to create cohesive, insight-driven creative solutions
- Guide and inspire designers in the execution of layouts, graphics, and visual assets
- Present and articulate visual concepts to clients and internal stakeholders
- Ensure strong brand consistency and high-quality visual execution across all deliverables
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies to continuously elevate creative output
🧠Required skills & experience
- Strong conceptual thinking and advanced visual design skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (or equivalent tools)
- Experience creating visual communication across print, digital, and social media
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams (copy, design, account)
- Strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of brand systems
- Previous experience in an agency or fast-paced creative environment
