Job requirements
Experience Range: At least 7 to 10 years of experience, including substantial hands-on expertise in Salesforce Lightning architecture and application development Key Responsibilities:
Design and architect scalable Salesforce Lightning solutions to address complex business requirements and ensure seamless integration with existing platformsDevelop, customize, and optimize Salesforce Lightning components such as Lightning Pages, Lightning Flows, and Lightning Path to enhance user experience and streamline business processesLead the implementation of Salesforce Lightning App Builder, delivering tailored applications and interfaces that improve productivity and operational efficiencyCollaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions within the Salesforce Lightning ecosystemEstablish and enforce best practices for Salesforce Lightning development, deployment, and governance across multiple projects, ensuring high-quality deliverablesOversee the creation and maintenance of advanced Lightning Reports & Dashboards, enabling actionable insights and performance trackingTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce Lightning applications and integrations, proactively preventing future challengesMentor and guide development teams on Salesforce Lightning architecture, promoting adherence to industry standards and organizational objectivesRequired Skills:
Salesforce Lightning App Builder expertiseAdvanced proficiency with Salesforce Lightning FlowsExperience designing and configuring Salesforce Lightning PagesHands-on knowledge of Salesforce Lightning PathDevelopment and optimization of Lightning Reports & DashboardsDeep understanding of Salesforce data models and security architectureProficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIsExperience with Salesforce integration patterns and toolsDeclarative and programmatic Salesforce customizationFamiliarity with version control and CI/CD tools for Salesforce deploymentsPreferred Skills:
Proficiency with Salesforce DX and modern development lifecycle toolsKnowledge of Salesforce Shield and advanced security featuresExperience with third-party Salesforce AppExchange solutionsBackground in Agile methodologies for Salesforce project deliverySalesforce Application Architect or System Architect certificationExperience with large-scale Salesforce data migration projectsDesired Qualifications:
