The Arch Direct Intern supports Arch Direct team in the direct procurement of critical scope, supporting the early acquisition of long-lead items and focusing on best-value solutions. Role offers hand on experience of working collaboratively with the project team, and construction partners to reduce project risk, address field challenges proactively, and help minimize schedule and cost impacts within a dynamic construction environment.
Responsibilities / Essential Functions
- Assist in the execution and support of Arch Direct projects / contracts
- Assist in departmental & package coordination ensuring tracking & reporting of key metrics is up to date and accurate
- Assist in package document control, ensure timely and accurate management of package documentation
- Assist in review, mark-up & communication of package documentation
- Participate in departmental & regional meetings, ensuring actions & commitments are well defined.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Arch Direct team to support overall project success.

Required Experience
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Foundational understanding of construction safety protocols.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn project management software and scheduling tools.
- Basic knowledge of risk management processes, including documentation and mitigation support.
- Capable of managing project documentation, data collection, and vendor tracking.
