Job Description

Rockwell Automation is looking for an APS Change Management and Training Lead to drive change management, training, and adoption for a major supply chain planning transformation. You will translate strategic APS goals into daily behaviors across material planning and S&OP, partnering with leaders and cross‑functional teams to ensure readiness, agreement, and sustained adoption. You will sit at the intersection of business transformation, process change, and platform enablement—focusing on embedding APS into how employees execute planning work. We're looking for a hands‑on change leader with strong Kinaxis expertise who can deliver practical, role‑based learning, support ongoing capability releases, and help build long‑term internal APS proficiency. You will report to the Project/Program Manager and have a working hybrid schedule.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead change management across the full project lifecycle, from early engagement through implementation, go-live, stabilization, and ongoing adoption.
• Create, maintain, and deploy training materials that help users understand and consistently apply the standard work being developed.
• Translate process changes, system changes, and business expectations into clear learning content, job aids, communications, and practical user guidance.
• Keep impacted teams aligned and in sync by reinforcing common ways of working, consistent messaging, and shared understanding across functions and regions.
• Partner with subject matter experts to keep training content current as standard work evolves throughout the project and after launch.
• Build user confidence by combining structured training, hands-on support, feedback loops, and post-go-live reinforcement.
• Lead change management planning and execution across the full project lifecycle, including implementation, go-live, stabilization, and ongoing adoption.
• Develop stakeholder engagement plans, change impact assessments, readiness plans, and adoption support activities.
• Create, maintain, and deploy role-based training materials, learning plans, job aids, and user enablement content that support the standard work being developed.
• Partner with business subject matter experts to translate process and tool changes into simple, practical learning content.
• Support train-the-trainer activities and build internal capability across impacted teams.
• Develop communication materials that explain what is changing, why it matters, and what users need to do differently.
• Support leaders and end users through readiness, go-live preparation, post-go-live support, and reinforcement.
• Gather user feedback and adoption insights to continuously improve training, communications, standard work guidance, and support materials.
• Help create sustainable learning and change practices that can be reused across future releases, enhancements, and transformation activities

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
• The ability to travel globally 30% of the time.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• 8+ years experience in Supply Chain, Change Management, Program or Project management.
• Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) or Project Management (PMP).
• Experience with Kinaxis Maestro learning paths, role-based enablement, or train-the-trainer models.
• Experience supporting release adoption, hypercare, or continuous improvement in an APS environment.
• Experience collaborating with supply chain, IT, and implementation teams during enterprise system transformations.
