Are you a recent high school, vocational school, or university graduate with a passion for mechanics, tooling, and precision engineering? Join our team as an Apprentice Tooling Technician and gain hands-on experience working with molds, tools, and manufacturing equipment while learning from experienced professionals.
Location: Osijek
Schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week
What You'll Do:
Support the Tooling team in maintaining, repairing, and optimizing molds, tools, and tooling equipment.
Assist with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and corrective actions to ensure tooling reliability and performance.
Learn about mold assembly, disassembly, cleaning, inspection, and repair processes.
Follow safety and quality standards while maintaining an organized work environment.
What We're Looking For:
Recent graduate of a technical high school, vocational school, college, or university in Mechanical Engineering, Toolmaking, Manufacturing Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Previous internship, apprenticeship, workshop experience, or technical projects are an advantage but not required.
Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, technical drawings, precision measurement tools, and manufacturing processes is preferred.
Strong willingness to learn, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
