Client & Project: We are seeking a new talent to join the Software Engineering team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project Automation SME. The client is Cross Client, a company that provides diverse services and solutions across multiple industries. Responsibilities: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for acting as a software detective, providing a dynamic service by identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams is a vital part of this role. Advanced proficiency in Python (Programming Language) is required. Advanced proficiency in Generative AI is recommended. Advanced proficiency in Shell Scripting is suggested. Apply deep technical knowledge to diagnose and resolve complex software issues efficiently. Support and guide team members by sharing expertise and fostering collaborative problem-solving. Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service quality. Engage proactively with stakeholders to understand system impacts and prioritize resolutions. Analyze patterns in incidents to recommend preventive measures and optimize system reliability.
