Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to monitoring system performance, diagnosing problems, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous engagement with different teams to understand system behaviors and deliver timely solutions that maintain business continuity and enhance system reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Document findings and resolutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance system stability.
- Support junior team members by sharing insights and providing guidance on problem-solving techniques.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Good To Have Skills: AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- Experience in debugging and troubleshooting software applications using Python.
- Ability to analyze logs and system outputs to identify root causes of issues.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline support tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in complex environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
