As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. Collaboration with different teams and continuous monitoring of system performance are integral parts of the daily routine, contributing to maintaining business continuity and enhancing system reliability.

- Lead efforts to improve system processes and workflows to enhance overall efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Tax Reporting Cloud (TRCS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to Oracle Tax Reporting Cloud environments.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues within cloud-based tax reporting systems.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and performance optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical information clearly and concisely.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in Oracle Tax Reporting Cloud (TRCS).
- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
