Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by actively monitoring and investigating issues across various critical business system components. This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying root causes and resolving complex problems to ensure seamless system performance. The position demands continuous engagement with multiple system elements, maintaining operational stability, and supporting business continuity through effective issue resolution and proactive system analysis.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve incident response processes and enhance overall system reliability.
- Mentor junior team members to develop their skills and support their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure timely resolution of incidents.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support workflows and reduce downtime.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Incident Management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with monitoring tools and incident tracking systems to manage and prioritize issues.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple incidents simultaneously while maintaining quality.
- Familiarity with IT service management frameworks and best practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Incident Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
