·        Work closely with sales and product management to well understand customer needs, convert customer needs to product specs, take lead in sample design, building, testing and customer side tracking till approval.

·        Respond promptly to customer feedback，visit customers as needed to meet customers and solve problems.

·        Takes ownership of checking drawings and BOM (Bills of Material) for NMR(New model Release) and ECR (Engineering change request) for products.

·        Leads MCO (Material cost out) projects and provides technical support to MCO leaded by other function dept.

领导MCO(降本项目), 对其他部门牵头的降本项目提供技术支持。

·        Works with manufacturing team on pilot run, takes ownership of solving technical problems, performing returned motor failure analysis and solutions as needed.

参与制造团队小批试生产，负责解决技术问题，电机故障分析和提供解决方案。
