Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and application requirements. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding organizational needs and translating them into effective software solutions. The developer collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure that applications are tailored to support operational goals, continuously refining and enhancing functionalities to improve overall efficiency and user experience. The position demands a balance of creativity and technical insight to deliver robust and scalable applications that drive business success.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the application development lifecycle.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications with existing systems.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Manufacturing Integration & Intelligence (MII).
- Strong experience in application design and configuration tailored to manufacturing and business processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues within enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with data exchange protocols and middleware technologies relevant to manufacturing systems.
- Experience in optimizing application performance and ensuring scalability in production environments.
- Capability to work collaboratively in agile development settings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Manufacturing Integration & Intelligence (MII).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
