Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding organizational requirements and translating them into functional software solutions. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure applications align with business goals, while continuously refining and optimizing the applications to enhance performance and usability. The role demands a balance of creativity and technical precision to deliver effective and reliable applications that support operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
- Maintain and update existing applications to improve functionality and user experience.
- Document application designs, configurations, and changes to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in application development tasks.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kinaxis.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently.
- Experience in application design and configuration to meet diverse business requirements.
- Ability to work with various software development tools and environments relevant to application development.
- Good understanding of software development life cycle and best practices in application deployment.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Kinaxis.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
