Operational owner of KR's IT-administered SaaS application portfolio. Operates independently — owning access management, license governance, SSO configuration, vendor relationships, and first-line support without hand-holding. Day-to-day IT point of contact for all administered platforms. Mentors the Junior Administrator. IT owns configuration and lifecycle management; business teams own the content and workflows.
Requirements
How You’ll Contribute:
Access & Permissions Ownership
- Own user access across all IT-administered apps — provisioning, deprovisioning, role assignment, least-privilege standards
- Manage joiner/mover/leaver process — right access on day one, fully revoked on departure
- Maintain auditable access matrix for every platform
- Conduct quarterly access reviews — dormant accounts, privilege drift, role mismatches
- Handle complex requests — temporary elevated access, guest users, cross-platform provisioning
License Management & Renewals
- Own the renewal calendar — flag 60 days ahead with utilization data and recommendation
- Monthly seat utilization reports — identify unused/dormant seats, recommend adjustments
- Maintain authoritative application registry — vendor, cost, licenses, renewal date, SSO status per platform
SSO Configuration & New Apps
- Own Azure Entra ID SSO configuration for all supported apps — setup, testing, troubleshooting
- Configure new applications — user directory, Entra ID SSO, MFA enforcement, role structures
- Review vendor security docs on new app adoption
- Identify and govern shadow IT
Vendor Management & Support
- Manage vendors support relationships — raise, track, follow up on tickets for all platforms
- Triage accurately — IT resolves (access/config) · Business owner (functional) Vendor (bugs)
- Monitor health of critical platforms — proactive notification before issues escalates
- Maintain IT knowledge base for all administered platforms
- Mentorship & Improvement
- Mentor the Junior Application Administrator
- Identify automation and process improvement opportunities
- Produce and maintain admin documentation for every platform
What Skills You’ll Bring:
- 3–5 years IT administration or application management — 200+ user organization
- Access management across multiple SaaS platforms — consistent, auditable, least-privilege
- License management and renewal governance — utilization tracking, renewal calendar ownership
- SSO configuration — Azure Entra ID, Okta, or equivalent, hands-on integration experience
- Vendor support management for multiple platforms concurrently
- Excellent written and spoken English for stakeholder communication, technical documentation, and vendor interactions
- Salesforce ADM-201 preferred or working toward it
