Appeals Support Specialist
- Rate: $22/Hour
- Temporary 6 month role
- Training will be provided
- 100% Remote
Key Duties/Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Prioritizes and reprioritizes workload while managing time effectively.
- Accurately and confidentially records documents and other information using OnBase, the shared system and/or MAS.
- Orders documentation from external stakeholders
- Indexes documentation within OnBase
- Creates and uploads case files in OnBase to ensure accurate reporting.
- Communicates with management regarding process improvements or trends.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6 months’ work-related experience
Proficiencies:
- Basic computer, keyboarding, and data entry skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to change
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications and Outlook
