Program Summary: Are you ready to kick-start your career with a global leader? The Thermo Fisher Scientific ANZ Graduate Leadership Program is designed for high-potential graduates in science, engineering, business, and commerce. This program equips you with the tools, skills, and support to accelerate your professional development. With opportunities to secure a permanent role post-program, you'll be guided by a dedicated Program Manager and senior leaders.
Program Design: How You’ll Make an Impact Over two years, you'll experience three job rotations, gaining exposure to various facets of Thermo Fisher’s core processes, technologies, and leadership. Rotations are tailored to your aspirations, development needs, and business priorities, all based at our ANZ HQ in Scoresby. You'll dive into diverse functional areas, business units, and products/services.
Your Growth Journey: While most learning happens on the job, a structured program supports your development. Focus areas include self-awareness, learning from others, and developing critical competencies for success.
Learning Opportunities:
Induction Program: Meet the company, core functions, peers, managers, and leaders.
Cohort Activities: Share experiences, ideas, and feedback.
Business Impact Projects: Work on projects and interact with our Senior Leadership team.

How Will You Get Here:
Bachelor’s Degree: Graduating in 2026 or graduated in 2025 with a Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering. A combined or double degree incorporating Business, Commerce, Management, or a related discipline is highly regarded.
Relevant Work Experience: Including internships.
Commercial Mindset: An interest in sales, business, or the commercial side of science and technology.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Career Ambition: Desire for a leadership role within a global organization. Adaptability: Energized by change and able to adapt to new assignments, managers, and businesses.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact with employees and leaders at all levels.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and professional presence.
Authorization: Ability to work in Australia without restriction.
