Sentara Anesthesiology Specialists, a division of Sentara Health, is seeking a BC/BE Anesthesiologist to join the team in Harrisonburg, Virginia at Sentara RMH Medical Center. Sentara RMH is a 238-bed, non-profit community hospital delivering advanced medical care to a seven-county service area with a population close to 225,000.

Opportunity Highlights:

* $520,000 Annual Shift-based Compensation - with lucrative additional earning potential.

* $75,000 Sign on/Commencement Bonus

* $15,000 Quality Performance Incentive

* 1:15 first call with post-call days always off.

* Hybrid model with 1:3 supervision and own cases

* Daily Board Runner to manage operations, scheduling, and OB.

* Daily Float CRNA for anesthesia emergencies, breaks, and lunches.
