Anesthesiologist opening with a possible Leadership Opportunity to join our dedicated, patient-focused care team at Riverside Shore Memorial Hospital in Onancock, VA. Riverside Shore Memorial Hospital is a voluntary nonprofit short-term acute care hospital with 52 Medicare-certified beds. Part of the Riverside Health system, this facility provides a full array of services and care to all patients while honoring its deep community roots. With expanding resources and technology, Riverside is dedicated to the healing mission to promote, maintain, and restore health and provide exceptional patient-focused care in a compassionate setting.

Total Rewards
Salary: $575K
Sign-on incentive package: Up to $100K

Case Assignments & Schedule
• Schedule: 1 week on, 1 week off schedule; 26 weeks off per year!
• Ophthalmology, G.I., orthopedics, urology, podiatry, general surgery, OB and occasional healthy peds.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership

Requirements
• MD or DO from an accredited institution 
• Completion of Anesthesiology Residency 
• Board Eligible or Board Certified  
• Current medical licensure 
• ECFMG/FLEX (if applicable) 

Riverside Shore Memorial Hospital, $575K, $100K Sign-on Incentive, 1 week on/ 1 week off
