Full-Time or part-time Anesthesiologist positions available in our expanding community locations within the Beth Israel Lahey Health system. Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital–Milton is a community hospital with seven operating rooms (ORs) and a four-room endoscopy suite. Our department is a diverse group of physicians who perform a case mix of solo MD and supervising CRNAs.
Skills & Requirements:
Requires a degree in medicine from an accredited school and is licensed to practice.
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Works collaboratively with all APHMFP Staff.
Creativity and ingenuity are valued but adherence to established practice guidelines as set by governing boards is mandatory.
Board certified or board eligible.

Call at BID-Milton:
- Weekday Call: Four days per month. Anesthesiologists must remain in-house until all cases are completed, and PACU patients are stable for discharge and after-hours call from home. Pager call from home after cases are completed.
- Weekend Call: One weekend per month. Regular workday on Friday with home pager call on Saturday and Sunday for any add-on urgent or emergent cases and intubations. Post-call day on Monday.

Pay Range:
$420,000 - $462,000The base pay range reflects what Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (HMFP) reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this role at the time of posting and may be modified from time to time. Actual compensation within this range may be determined based on several factors, including academic appointment, work experience, specialty training, geography of work location, anticipated productivity, FTE basis, and role expectations. In addition to base compensation, this role may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which may include bonuses for productivity and quality HMFP also offers a comprehensive and generous employee benefits program to eligible employees, including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as retirement plan(s) with employer contributions.
