Must haves:
• CFA/CIPM candidates with at least one exam level passed
• Working proficiency (3+ years) utilizing Python, SQL, and/or data visualization tools, e.g., Power BI
Overall: Must have solid Performance and Attribution reporting knowledge + tech skills.
• 5+ years of experience at an asset management firm, investment bank, or financial services organization.
• Solid understanding of open-end fund structures including portfolio exposure monitoring.
• Strong knowledge of alternative investments and related reporting outputs (performance reporting, risk metrics, portfolio characteristics).
• 3+ years of experience utilizing Python, SQL, and/or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) to support data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Basic familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) preferred.
Education Qualification :
• Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred). Chartered Accountant (CA) designation, CFA designation, CA Inter qualification, and/or MBA with a focus in Finance preferred.
