Job Description:

Castrol's Americas Operations & Product Manager will hold a dual mandate at the heart of our Thermal Management business — driving operational excellence across the full order-to-cash cycle while leading the end-to-end product lifecycle from strategic planning through market execution. Thermal Management is a strategically important, fast-growing business area for Castrol. With our advanced cooling fluid technology, we aim to transform the industry by driving the adoption of liquid cooling as a pathway to sustainable industrial operation.

The successful candidate will serve as the primary bridge between sales, supply chain, product development, and go-to-market teams — ensuring that Castrol's data center fluid product lines are delivered efficiently, grow profitably, and continuously evolve to meet customer needs across the Americas.

The Americas Operations & Product Manager will work closely with the Americas Market Development Director, Global Supply Chain (GSC) team, and Global Product Management to build robust commercial and operational processes. The role includes direct and dotted-line reporting relationships and will be expected to lead cross-functional project teams that span integration, offer development, and operational execution.

Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of related experience managing large cross-functional initiatives in a B2B environment.
• Proven experience in both product development and operations management, preferably within lubricants, fluids, or a related technical industry.
• Demonstrated track record with business operations and supply chain management, including inventory, logistics, and order-to-cash processes.
• Ensure product changes are executed through agreed Castrol product lifecycle and change-management processes, including labels, regulatory and quality requirements.
• Translate customer and business requirements into clear product briefs for Technology, Supply Chain, Pricing, Sales and Marketing colleagues.
• Demonstrated expertise in category strategy, including customer and competitor dynamics.
• Experience supporting and leading transformational programs with measurable success.
• Drive continuous improvement in product management processes and ways of working, with a focus on speed-to-market and reduced complexity.

How much do we pay (Base)? ($107,000 - $153,000 (Minimum & Maximum))
