About the Team

You'll join the Global Field & Strategic Events team, sitting within the broader Growth & Demand Generation function. Our buyers are enterprise leaders including CHROs, CIOs, and Internal Communications leaders, so this role is built around account based marketing as its operating model. You'll execute 1:1 programs for our highest value US accounts, 1:few programs for tiered account clusters, and 1:many (ABX) motions that combine field, events, and digital to reach broader segments at scale.

Responsibilities

• Executing tiered account-based field marketing programs across strategic US accounts, account clusters, and broader market segments

• Building and managing regional field calendars in partnership with Sales and Sales Development leadership, tailored to account priority and deal stage

• Owning pipeline generation and acceleration for the USA region, reporting performance against demand channel standards

• Managing regional field and events budget, optimizing for pipeline efficiency and return on investment

• Partnering with Sales Development, Sales, and Revenue Operations to ensure coordinated follow-up and attribution across all account tiers

What we’re looking for

• Bring 5+ years of experience in field marketing, account-based marketing, or integrated marketing within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology

• Execute tiered account-based marketing programs including one-to-one strategic account programs, one-to-few cluster programs, and one-to-many scaled programs

• Demonstrate pipeline efficiency and contribution, reporting on pipeline per dollar and business impact metrics

• Manage regional marketing budgets and report pipeline performance to senior leadership

• Collaborate across Sales, Sales Development, and Demand Generation teams to align field programs with revenue goals

• Present performance data and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders

• Have experience in SaaS, B2B technology, HR tech, employee experience, or adjacent categories

• Travel regionally within the USA as required for field programs and account engagement

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
