As an Amazon Connect Tech Analyst - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimize operational efficiency. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards, enhancing your leadership style to motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You will leverage team strengths and manage performance to deliver on client expectations, embracing technology and innovation to enhance delivery.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will provide consulting services for a wide range of business applications within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice. You will leverage a broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in optimizing operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support. This position offers the opportunity to develop skills outside your comfort zone and encourage others to do the same, while articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.

Responsibilities

- Leading the implementation and integration of business applications to optimize client operational efficiency
- Analyzing client needs and providing tailored software solutions to meet strategic objectives
- Guiding teams in the deployment and support of business applications, confirming seamless integration
- Utilizing analytical reasoning and business data analytics to drive informed decision-making
- Managing project delivery and resource allocation to maintain project timelines and quality
- Developing documentation and training materials to support client understanding and application use
- Facilitating strategic planning sessions to align technology solutions with business goals
- Overseeing technology innovation and integration efforts to enhance client service excellence
- Building and maintaining client relationships to identify opportunities for business transformation
- Coaching and mentoring team members to foster professional growth and development

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
