AltaGas - Financial Analyst, Energy Exports

You Will:

• Settling and processing physical energy marketing transactions

• Preparing monthly accruals and variance analysis

• Reconciling margins and GL accounts

• Collaborating across front, mid, and back-office teams

• Supporting regulatory reporting and SOX compliance

• Leading process improvements and system efficiencies (Allegro experience is a plus!)

• Providing guidance to junior team members and reviewing accounting entries

You Have:

• 3–5 years of experience in operational or marketing accounting

• Strong Excel skills; Allegro, JD Edwards, and Power BI are assets

• A proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well with diverse teams

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, or related field

• CPA (or working toward it)
