A Day in the Life

Medtronic is a global leader in medical technology, services, and solutions. We improve the lives of millions of people each year through our innovative healthcare products. As a Logistic Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring that life-saving products are delivered accurately and on time.

As an All-round Operator within Spinal Loaner Services, you are responsible for accurate and timely handling of medical products. Your role ensures that products meet strict quality and safety requirements from receipt through to delivery.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect and register incoming goods in the warehouse system SAP/WMS
• Perform visual checks on incoming goods to determine whether medical components can go back to stock
• Prepare and/or perform put away for medical components to the correct destination in the warehouse
• Always Follow Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and safety regulations at all times
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., 6S, lean projects)
• Maintain a clean and organized working environment
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, team leaders, and support departments

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing, production, or supply chain operations, including relevant training or certification
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing or distribution processes, operational procedures, systems and tools
• Ability to operate production machinery/equipment and follow established procedures and work instructions
• Ability to identify equipment malfunctions, process abnormalities and operational issues, escalating concerns appropriately.
• Ability to perform routine operational tasks, apply sound judgement and make decisions within defined procedures.
• Effective communication with internal stakeholders and the ability to support or guide new and entry-level colleagues.

Pay range / Rango salarial / Intervalo salarial /Fascia retributiva / Tranche de salaire / Gehaltsband / Salaribereik:  Netherlands: 34,400.00 EUR - 51,600.00 EUR | 

 

The final salary within this range will be determined based on objective, job-related criteria, including relevant experience, skills and qualifications, in accordance with our compensation framework.

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Operations Incentive Plan (OIP).
