About the Role
天津分公司业务发展规划的执行者和反馈者；营管处业务发展计划的制定者,对本营管处业务发展结果和经营管理负责；
营管处营销人才培养和发展计划的首要执行者。
1. 策略规划
- 协助机构负责人分解并落实业务发展战略与规划，确保各项关键考核指标达成。
2. 业绩推动
- 指导各类营销员活动（如创业说明会、客户答谢会、产品大讲堂等），有效推动业务发展；
- 协助举办家族主管会，为业务主管提供管理建议与意见，助力其提升管理能力；
- 指导主管制定商业计划，并提出针对性的改善方案；
- 通过面谈、辅导等方式及时洞察营销员需求，协助其提升产能；
- 统筹执行各类业务发展活动（如业务竞赛、业务加油站、增员项目等），确保活动有效落地。
3. 日常工作
- 负责营管处晨会的经营与管理；
- 负责公司信息的准确传达与宣导；
- 协调所负责区域与公司相关部门的关系，妥善处理日常行政事务；
- 指导下属员工处理营销员的意见、建议及投诉；
- 辅导下属员工提升个人业务能力。
4. 营销员业务品质和销售行为管理
- 在业务会议中推广业务品质管控与合规经营理念；
- 协助合规等部门对营销员进行合规教育与纪律管理；
- 及时发现并报告营销员团队中存在的业务品质风险及异常业务行为。
5. 其他事项
- 响应业务需求，完成上级主管交办的其他临时性任务。
