About the Role
1.开发税务相关的知识分享课程2.在公司开展高净值业务过程中提供税务方面知识普及、分享与解读 （符合公司对内、对外内容发布合法合规性要求）
3.针对国家发布的相关政策，邀请外部第三方权威机构（如知名会计师事务所或律师事务所），基于提供的权威客观的调研报告、操作指南、实际案例等进行解读
岗位职责：
1、渠道培训支持（包括营销员，银保等渠道的销售人员及内勤推动人员）
基于渠道提出的专业相关培训需求，专家配合渠道要求进行税务的专业知识培训及分享，提升其在专业领域的知识储备与应用能力。
2、渠道客户活动（包括营销员，银保等渠道组织的客户活动）
为渠道邀约的客户分享在相关税务法规、监管政策及时事热点等方面的专业知识；并对客户在活动中可能提出的相关税务法规，监管政策等问题做出专业解答。
3、客户陪访咨询及个案辅导（包括营销员，银保等渠道销售人员及客户）
提供税务咨询服务及客户陪访。形式包括电话或面谈 – 在渠道完成 KYC（know your customers）的基础上，配合渠道为其客户给出关于税务法规，监管政策等知识性解答。
4、专业素材制作及知识分享发布（用于培训、客户活动、公众号平台）
相关税务知识的专业文章、视频/音频、培训课件等材料制作，经审核后发布使用。
5、配合和支持团队负责人，参与高净值部相关项目策划和实施。
任职要求：
1、硕士及以上学历，财税等相关专业；
2、具有TA//EA/CPA/ACCA等相关资格证书；
3、具有5年及以上财税相关工作经验和案例，如知名会计师事务所等；
4、熟悉国内和热门移民国家的财税相关法律法规；
5、具有较强的学习能力和适应能力；
6、具有较强的团队合作能力和沟通协调能力；
7、具有较强的专题研发能力和演讲能力。
