About the Role
作为总公司合规反洗钱部门专职人员，通过建立、健全和不断完善一二道防线的洗钱风险管理机制持续提升反洗钱管理水平、可疑交易监测规则和系统部署等有效防范洗钱风险事件发生。推进与各业务部门的协调机制及工作合力、推进公司反洗钱文化建设，提高反洗钱工作成效。Roles and Responsibilities:
1. 大额交易及可疑交易监测与报告
通过反洗钱系统建立健全大额交易监测和可疑交易监测规则，推进AI智能化监测运用。通过持续完善大额交易及可疑交易报告机制，指导并确保分支机构大额交易报告和可疑交易报告的有效履职，按规定及时报送大额交易和可疑交易报告并收到“正确回执”。
2. 公司洗钱风险自评估
管理、推进合规部及业务部门开展公司洗钱风险自评估，通过不断完善自评估指标体系的设计和自评估流程，确保有效完成，并不断提升反洗钱工作成效和业务部门风险识别能力和履职意识。
3. 反洗钱监管报告
通过健全完善反洗钱监管报告管理机制，确保总公司、分支机构的反洗钱监管报告及时、准确、妥善报送，符合监管要求/预期，体现合规部在监管报告方面的有效履职。
4. 产品洗钱风险评估
通过与业务部门的紧密协作不断完善评估指标体系与评估流程的自动化效率，管理并确保产品（业务）洗钱风险评估有效开展，与业务实际情况适配、与时俱进，有效反映出公司产品风险状况。
5. 培训宣传
开展丰富多元化的反洗钱反恐怖融资系列培训、宣传，不断提升培训质效。
6. 管理层报告
各类管理层汇报和报告（含集团报告等）
Job Requirements:
1. 大学本科或以上学历
2. 至少7年保险银行业工作经验，且至少3年反洗钱相关工作经验
3. 具备良好的跨部门沟通协调能力、管理层汇报能力
4. 具有中英文书面和口头表达能力、能够独挡一面且具备自我驱动力，能够在压力下工作
5. 具备战略思维和逻辑思维及及一定的领导力；能够应对变化和解决问题的能力
6. 能自我发展、不断成长进步和创新，认知和行为符合友邦公司文化
