Position Overview

We are seeking a visionary and highly influential Senior AI Thought Leader Enterprise Architect to lead the organization's enterprise-wide Artificial Intelligence strategy, architecture, governance, and transformation agenda. This executive-level role will shape how AI is adopted, governed, and scaled across the enterprise, driving sustainable business value, operational excellence, innovation, and competitive differentiation.

As a strategic technology leader, the Senior AI Thought Leader Enterprise Architect will define the future-state architecture for AI and intelligent automation capabilities while partnering with C-suite executives, business leaders, technology teams, and external ecosystem partners to unlock enterprise-wide transformation opportunities.

The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in Enterprise Architecture, Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Data & Analytics, Digital Transformation, and Operating Model Design with exceptional executive communication and thought leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise AI Strategy & Vision

• Define and champion the organization's long-term AI vision, strategy, and enterprise adoption roadmap.
• Establish AI as a strategic business capability that drives measurable outcomes across operations, customer experience, innovation, workforce productivity, and revenue growth.
• Develop an enterprise-wide AI transformation framework aligned with corporate objectives and digital transformation priorities.
• Identify emerging AI trends, industry disruptions, and technology opportunities that can create sustainable competitive advantage.
• Create multi-year AI capability roadmaps encompassing people, processes, data, platforms, governance, and operating models.
• Drive executive alignment around AI investments, priorities, and transformation programs.

Enterprise AI Architecture Leadership

• Design and Develop architectural blueprints, reference architectures, standards, design patterns, and governance frameworks.
• Ensure interoperability between AI, enterprise applications, cloud platforms, data ecosystems, and operational technologies.
• Establish scalable, secure, and resilient AI foundations supporting enterprise-wide adoption.
• Lead architecture reviews, governance forums, and executive design authorities.

AI Governance, Risk & Responsible AI

• Define enterprise AI governance frameworks covering ethical, regulatory, legal, security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
• Establish AI operating policies, controls, accountability structures, and model governance practices.
• Develop Responsible AI principles aligned with organizational values and risk management obligations.
• Lead the development of AI risk assessment methodologies and assurance frameworks.
• Ensure transparency, explainability, fairness, and trustworthiness across AI-enabled solutions.
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk, Security, Compliance, and Audit teams to manage AI-related risks effectively.

Business Transformation & Value Realization

• Identify high-value AI use cases capable of transforming business performance, customer engagement, employee productivity, and operational effectiveness.
• Prioritize initiatives based on strategic value, business impact, implementation feasibility, and return on investment.
• Drive the integration of AI into core business processes and decision-making workflows.
• Establish business value measurement frameworks and KPIs for AI initiatives.
• Build investment cases and executive proposals for major AI transformation programs.
• Track value realization to ensure measurable business outcomes are achieved.

Professional Experience

• 15+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Digital Transformation, Technology Strategy, or Innovation Leadership roles.
• 10+ years of experience delivering enterprise-scale AI, Analytics, Automation, or Data Transformation initiatives.
• Proven track record defining and executing enterprise AI strategies for large and complex organizations.
• Experience advising executive leadership teams on technology investments and digital transformation programs.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional transformation initiatives involving business and technology stakeholders.
• Experience operating within highly regulated and large-scale enterprise environments.
