As an AI QE Engineer - Senior Manager, you will lead the charge in developing innovative software solutions that drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will focus on designing, coding, and testing applications that revolutionize industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills, professional network, and strategic vision to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment to navigate challenges and communicate effectively. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will craft and convey impactful messages, apply systems thinking to identify opportunities, and validate outcomes with clients. Your ability to develop high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams will contribute to the success of our firm. You will be expected to deepen your skills, initiate coaching conversations, and make decisions that resolve issues hindering team effectiveness. Responsibilities

- Leading the development and implementation of innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation
- Managing and guiding teams in designing, coding, and testing applications that enhance user experiences
- Utilizing advanced programming languages such as Java, Python, and C++ to create robust software products
- Overseeing the integration of enterprise applications and confirming seamless functionality across platforms
- Applying systems thinking to identify and address underlying problems and opportunities in software projects
- Directing quality assurance testing and software troubleshooting to maintain operational excellence
- Collaborating with clients to validate outcomes and incorporate feedback into software development processes
- Coaching and mentoring team members to foster a high-performing, diverse, and inclusive work environment
- Promoting the adoption of continuous integration and delivery practices to streamline software development
- Engaging in strategic questioning and storytelling to convey impactful and holistic project narratives

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 13 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering

-GitHub CoPilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, Gemini)  for software testing, Prompt Engineering for QE

-Ability to develop and maintain automation with AI assistance (Playwright with MCP, Selenium with MCP Tosca, Karate, REST Assured). Experience in connecting to MCP server.

 -TypeScript/JavaScript, Java or Python, AWS, Azure or GCP, Test Management(Jira, Azure DevOps, Xray, Zephyr or equivalent)
- Leading large-scale software engineering projects with strategic advising
- Utilizing advanced skills in Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD)
- Managing complex client relationships with a focus on software innovation
- Applying systems thinking to identify and solve underlying problems
- Demonstrating proficiency in multiple programming languages, including Python and Java
- Excelling in coaching and developing high-performing, diverse teams
