Azumo is looking for a highly motivated AI-Powered Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team and help grow the Azumo brand and business.

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, creative, curious, and already uses tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI platforms as part of their daily work.

This is a practical, execution-focused role covering content, social media, AI search visibility, marketing analytics, and marketing operations. You will use AI throughout your workflow to research, create, design, analyze, automate, and improve marketing initiatives.

Your focus will be Azumo. You will learn about our business, customers, services, and market and use that knowledge to expand our reach, strengthen our brand, and generate new opportunities.

You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and leadership teams and have access to leading paid AI, marketing, content, analytics, and creative tools.

Responsibilities

As part of the Azumo marketing team, you will:

• Use ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI tools daily for research, content creation, creative development, analysis, and marketing operations.
• Create and repurpose content for LinkedIn and other social media channels, including posts, graphics, carousels, and short-form content.
• Create AI-generated images, videos, and other visual content using modern AI creative tools.
• Develop and improve articles, case studies, newsletters, presentations, one-pagers, landing pages, and other marketing assets.
• Implement GEO and AEO strategies to improve Azumo’s visibility in AI-powered search platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity.
• Monitor how Azumo and its competitors appear across traditional and AI search, identify content gaps, and turn those insights into actionable content improvements.
• Use AI and analytics tools to build recurring reports covering traffic, social media, campaigns, leads, conversions, AI search visibility, and other relevant marketing KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive marketing tasks and improve existing workflows.
• Help maintain and update Azumo’s website when needed.
• Support other marketing initiatives in collaboration with the marketing, sales, and leadership teams.

Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications

Expert-level English proficiency, both written and conversational

• Strong, well-rounded understanding of marketing language, principles and strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to connect marketing activities to business objectives and understand how different marketing channels work together.
• Demonstrable experience using ChatGPT, Claude, or similar generative AI tools for research, content creation, design, video production, analysis and marketing operations. 
• Experience creating content for LinkedIn and other social media channels, such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Reddit, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of GEO, AEO, SEO, and AI search visibility.
• Comfortable working with marketing data, KPIs, reporting, and performance analysis.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take ownership of projects in a remote environment.
• Strong judgment, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to improve AI-generated work before publication.
• Ability to evaluate marketing ideas critically and distinguish between activity, engagement, and meaningful business impact.

Other Qualifications

• Working experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub.
• Experience with paid advertising, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, or emerging AI advertising platforms.
• Experience with Webflow or a similar website content management system.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Webmaster Tools and similar analytics platforms.
• Experience creating AI-assisted workflows or marketing automations.
