The role in a nutshell: Pearmill is a Claude-native performance creative agency. A lot of our clients are B2B SaaS, fintech, and AI companies, plus some fun D2C brands. You'll be the creative brain on some of our biggest accounts: find the buyer and the hook, build the strategy, and run each round with our production team. You also know how to make the ads yourself, so your briefs are sharper and you can jump in when a round needs it. And you'll build the Claude skills that make the whole team faster.

Ready to run: You should be able to own a big account within your first few weeks, and think past the ad to what the client's business needs.

You'll have a team: Our designers, motion designers, and UGC producers build most of the work. You'll also work alongside other strategists, plus a Growth Manager and media buyers on each account.

What you'll do

• Research each account in Claude (ICP, buying committee, reviews, sales calls) and tear down competitors

• Build the strategy: core audience, messaging pillars, micro-audiences, hooks

• Run each round from brief to delivery with our designers, motion designers, and UGC producers

• Jump in and make an ad yourself in Claude when it's faster or the round needs it

• Read results with media buyers past the click (leads, pipeline, CAC) and call iterate, scale, or kill

• Present rounds to clients and own the creative section of new business pitches

• Bring a point of view: spot what's next in creative and AI, and share it with the team, clients, and Pearmill's audience

• Build Claude skills and agents that automate research, briefing, QA, and reporting, and get the team using them

• Analytics: Claude connected to Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads data, plus Motion

Who you've worked with

A lot of our clients are B2B SaaS, fintech, and AI companies, so B2B experience matters: considered purchases, longer sales cycles, buying committees. We also work with consumer brands, so range helps. If you've only done ecommerce or CPG, expect a steep learning curve.

Who you are

• 5+ years in performance creative strategy, with 2+ at an agency

• You've owned a major account, and you think about the client's business, not just the ad

• You have opinions on where creative and AI are heading, and people want to hear them

• Recent B2B, SaaS, fintech, or AI experience

• A trained eye. No formal design training needed, but your portfolio shows taste

• You know how ads get made, and you could make one end to end in Claude yourself if you had to

• You're Claude-native and have built your own projects, skills, or agents. Bring examples

• You can explain why an ad worked by who it targeted and what it solved, not just "it was entertaining"

• You know ad compliance: disclaimers, AI disclosure, FTC rules
