As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an AI Outcomes Principal to act as the commercial and strategic lead within our Forward Deployed AI pods. Your role will be to embed within client business units, identify high-ROI opportunities, gather and develop requirements with stakeholders, and drive the delivery of AI initiatives from concept through to prototype adoption. You will act as an independent enabling function, supporting both the client and our internal delivery teams. 

Your Role at Sedona Digital 

As a senior professional, you will take ownership of the AI opportunity pipeline, building credibility with the client's executive team and ensuring our rapid prototypes are perfectly aligned with their strategic business goals. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between our Frontier Solutions Engineers and client business stakeholders, fostering a culture of AI adoption and pulling through larger enterprise delivery contracts. 

This is a hands-on consulting role with a growth outlook, ideal for someone who has deep delivery experience and wants to shape rapid impactful AI transformation.  

Responsibilities 

• Lead discovery and requirement gathering sessions with client business stakeholders, translating operational bottlenecks into structured briefs for rapid prototyping.  
• Get involved with your hands-on AI augmented experience to support the build of initial solutions.  
• Build compelling business cases and ROI models for AI investments to secure executive buy-in and funding for full enterprise builds. 
• Develop and manage the future delivery plan, creating a clear, prioritized pipeline of AI use cases across the client's organization. 
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of the initial AI engagement including scoping and prioritisation through to the successful delivery of a functional proof of concept (POC). 
• Collaborate closely with our Frontier Solutions Engineers to combine the client's data asset value with LLM service capabilities, quickly qualifying feasibility and shaping the solution approach. 
• Evangelize the working prototype to non-technical executives and transition successful prototypes to Sedona Digital’s broader engineering teams for production scale-out. 
• Initiate and drive the adoption of AI technologies and good patterns for development and operations within the client environment. 
• Champion responsible AI practices, ensuring proposed solutions align with governance, industry, and compliance requirements. 

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Professional Services (PS), technology consulting, or a highly strategic client-facing delivery role. 
• BSc/MSc in Business, Computer Science, or a similar discipline. 
• Technical intuition: While you don't need to write production code, you must be able to "vibe" with and comprehend code prototypes (e.g., reading Python, understanding API structures, and grasping technical logic). 
• Strong ability to build commercial business cases, delivery roadmaps, and project pipelines leading to long term customer engagements.  
• Excellent communication skills, able to run workshops, manage stakeholder interviews, and engage effectively from C-suite to developer. 
• Experience delivering solutions in financial services, insurance, fintech, or similarly regulated environments, demonstrating a strong quality and compliance mindset. 
• One or more of the following Microsoft professional AI certifications (AB-100 Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect, AB-730: AI Business Professional, AB-731: AI Transformation Leader, AB-900: Microsoft 365 Certified: Copilot and Agent Administration Fundamentals)
