As a leader, you will set strategic direction, lead business development, make impactful decisions, oversee multiple projects, and maintain executive-level client relationships. You will inspire teams, drive growth, and shape client engagements.
At PwC, you will apply data, algorithms, and software engineering to build and deploy scalable AI and Machine Learning solutions. Your work will include designing AI systems, managing data, and implementing software to make AI models practical and scalable.
You will protect PwC’s reputation by upholding quality, integrity, inclusion, and commercial awareness. You will develop talent and collaborate across the PwC Network to leverage our collective strength.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and deployment of AI systems that transform raw data into actionable insights
- Oversee scalable AI and Machine Learning solutions using advanced technologies
- Co-lead the AI Hub technical team, supporting technical direction, collaboration, and delivery
- Drive business growth by identifying market needs and converting opportunities into results
- Mentor and guide AI engineering teams to encourage innovation and creativity
- Collaborate with clients to shape AI-driven engagements and solutions
- Promote technology advances that help people and technology thrive together
- Manage complex data analysis and integration to support AI model implementation
- Use programming languages such as Python and Java to enhance AI system capabilities
- Implement data infrastructure and quality measures to support reliable AI solutions
- Encourage systems thinking and rapid experimentation to solve complex problems creatively
Requirements:
- Minimum 9 to 12 of years’ experience across data, AI, and analytics, including several years in consulting or a comparable internal transformation role leading initiatives from strategy through delivery.
- Proven leadership with a track record of managing teams and delivering complex, enterprise‑level projects.
- AI/ML: solid grounding in machine learning fundamentals and hands-on experience delivering AI/ML solutions.
- Cloud platforms: experience with at least one leading clouds, e.g., AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Programming: Proficiency in at least one back-end language (e.g., Python) and familiar with at least one front-end language (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript).
