In this dynamic environment, we are seeking a Manager to lead our AI Governance and Regulatory Compliance service line within the AI Strategy practice. With the EU AI Act in force and organizations across Europe facing new obligations for their AI systems, this role sits at the forefront of one of the decade’s most significant regulatory developments. You will be the go-to expert on responsible AI, AI risk management, and regulatory compliance - both for our own client engagements and as a critical input to cross-functional AI solutions. 

This is a market-defining role: you will help establish PwC Greece as the leading advisor for EU AI Act compliance and responsible AI governance in the Greek market. 

• Own and develop the AI Governance & Compliance service line- from methodology to client delivery to market positioning. 

• Lead EU AI Act compliance engagements: AI system inventory and classification, risk assessment, conformity assessments, documentation, and compliance roadmaps. 

• Design comprehensive AI governance frameworks: policies, accountability structures, oversight mechanisms, monitoring, and escalation. 

• Conduct AI risk assessments aligned with recognized standards (ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF, OECD AI Principles, ALTAI). 

• Advise boards, risk committees, and C-suite executives on responsible AI practices and regulatory obligations. 

• Develop reusable practice IP: AI Governance Toolkit, compliance checklists, risk classification templates, and assessment methodologies. 

• Provide regulatory input into cross-functional AI solutions, assess whether proposed applications trigger high-risk obligations, and translate evolving regulation into client-actionable guidance. 

• Collaborate with the Manager, AI & Analytics on technical governance (model monitoring, bias testing, data governance); support proposal development and deliver AI governance training for client organizations. 

What you bring matters 

• Master’s degree in Law, Risk Management, Public Policy, Data Science, or a related field. 

• 5-9 years in risk advisory, regulatory compliance, data protection, AI governance, or a related field. 

• Deep working knowledge of the EU AI Act: prohibited practices, high-risk obligations, transparency requirements, general-purpose AI provisions, governance structures, and implementation timelines. 

• Experience designing governance frameworks, risk methodologies, or compliance programs- ideally in a technology or data context. 

• Familiarity with international AI governance standards: ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF, OECD AI Principles, or ALTAI. 

• Strong grasp of GDPR and its intersection with AI governance. 

• Ability to communicate complex regulatory requirements clearly to both technical and board-level audiences, with strong policy writing and analytical skills. 

• Fluent in English; Greek strongly preferred.
