As our AI Experience/Design Lead, you will play a critical role in defining how people interact with AI across products, services, and digital journeys. This is an opportunity to influence strategy, inspire teams, and create experiences that are intuitive, trustworthy, and genuinely valuable for customers and the business. Working at the intersection of design, technology, and human insight, you will help ensure AI solutions are transparent, inclusive, and centred on real user needs.
What will you be doing?
As AI Experience/Design Lead, you will guide the creation of seamless AI enabled experiences that fit naturally into customer workflows. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and business leaders to turn complex challenges into meaningful user outcomes.
You will facilitate discovery sessions with stakeholders and users to define experience strategies, clarify requirements, and align teams around a common vision. Alongside leading journey mapping and customer research activities, you will mentor designers, enable delivery teams, and help remove barriers that slow progress.
You will champion human centred AI design principles, ensuring products are transparent, explainable, and provide the right levels of user control and oversight. Through experimentation, research, and continuous learning, you will drive improvements that build customer trust, adoption, and long term value.
What will you need to be successful?
Success in this role comes from balancing strategic thinking with hands on leadership. You will bring strong design expertise, a passion for emerging AI capabilities, and the ability to align diverse stakeholders around a shared vision while keeping the customer at the centre of every decision.
Key requirements include:
- Extensive experience leading design outcomes within Agile product delivery environments
- Strong understanding of conversational UX, AI systems, human in the loop design patterns, and AI ethics
- Expertise in journey mapping, customer research, prototyping, design operations, and creating high quality design artefacts
- Proven ability to coach and mentor teams while influencing product, engineering, and business stakeholders across complex organisations
The anticipated base compensation range for this position is PLN 159,500 - PLN 239,250 gross annually.
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on objective, job related factors including (but not limited to) relevant skills, qualifications, and experience, scope and responsibilities of the role, geographic location, and internal equity considerations. Compensation decisions are made using consistent and gender neutral criteria, in line with applicable pay transparency laws. This role has been evaluated within our internal job architecture and mapped to a defined pay band to ensure consistency and fairness.
