The Role

We're hiring an AI Creative Marketing Specialist to create content and ad creative with AI at the center of every step.

This isn't a traditional marketing role with a few AI tools on the side. You'll use AI to brainstorm, draft, generate, edit, and iterate, helping us produce more high-quality creative efficiently and consistently.

You'll report directly to the Marketing Director and work alongside our content creators to develop engaging social content and advertising creative across our digital platforms.

What You'll Do

• Create social content, including short-form video, graphics, carousels, and captions, for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Produce ad creative for Meta and Google campaigns, including multiple variations for testing.
• Generate AI video, images, voiceovers, and music using platforms such as Artlist, Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, Midjourney, HeyGen, and similar tools.
• Use AI tools to edit video, refine visuals, write copy, develop creative concepts, and speed up production.
• Turn attorney expertise and case wins into compelling, compliant content.
• Build repeatable AI workflows and prompt libraries that help the marketing team produce content more efficiently.
• Work with our media buyer to use performance data and creative insights to improve future content and advertising.
• Stay up to date on new AI tools and identify which platforms and capabilities are worth bringing into the team's workflow.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of marketing, content, or creative experience.
• An AI-native mindset and strong familiarity with using AI throughout the creative process.
• A portfolio showing real work you've created with AI, along with the ability to explain your process.
• Hands-on experience generating video and images with AI platforms such as Artlist, Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, Midjourney, HeyGen, or similar tools.
• Fluency with AI writing and ideation tools such as Claude and ChatGPT.
• Video editing skills in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software, with the ability to polish and assemble AI-generated assets.
• Strong short-form video instincts, including hooks, pacing, storytelling, and trends.
• Strong copywriting skills and a good eye for design.
• Comfort working with fast feedback, quick iteration, and a high volume of creative output.

Bonus Points

• Legal, healthcare, or other regulated-industry marketing experience.
• Familiarity with attorney advertising rules.
• Experience with HubSpot, ClickUp, Zapier, or similar platforms.
• Spanish or additional language skills.
