The internship

You'll shape how Homa communicates, inside and out. You'll operate at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, and AI, turning complex ideas into sharp content that lands with every audience: talent, game studios, partners, investors, and our own teams. There's no shadow work. What you create will be published, presented, and read. You'll develop a 360° understanding of Homa by working with every function, while building your writing, design, and AI skills.

What you'll do

• Build. Design AI-powered content systems (workflows, prompt libraries, templates) so the team can produce more, faster, without losing quality.
• Create. Produce high-impact content fast: LinkedIn posts, blog articles, employer branding, internal decks, and strategic presentations.
• Produce. Use AI tools for images, video, and copy to create high-performing creatives and content for our games.
• Monitor trends. Track social media trends, competitor content, and new AI tools to stay ahead.
• Elevate. Spot high-impact opportunities, introduce better formats and tools, and raise the bar for how Homa informs, inspires, and engages.

For this role, you'll also bring:

• You've created content in some form: a blog, a TikTok page, a newsletter, a portfolio, a standout university project. Show us. We care about what you've made, not where you made it.
• Sharp writing. You write and speak with clarity and punch, adapt to any audience, and work confidently with anyone.
• Design instinct. You're fluent in content tools (slides, Canva, Figma, or similar) and build clean, high-quality visuals.

Practical details

• A 6-month internship, with a flexible start date. We adapt to any month.
• A convention de stage (internship agreement) is required.
• Apprenticeships (alternance) are also welcome.
• Paris based. You'll need to be able to work onsite at our Paris office.
• Fluent English is required. French is a plus, not a requirement.
• Top performers may be offered a full-time role at the end of the internship
